RYAN DAVIS

    The following project is done by each student
alone and are given specific parameters required
to follow within the design process. This project,
focusing on multi-use design and integration, is
located on a block in South Bend, IN across from the
South Bend Four Winds Field. Each student is required to
have the following required building uses: at least 150
Apartments, enough parking to accommodate
the site’s requirements, speculative retail, a grocery
store, health club, and large sporting goods store.
